Reminders
- Instructors assigning INC grades must be available to assess and submit the grade for the completion of the student's course work. If an instructor will not be available, they need to arrange with their Chair to have the assessments completed and the final grade updated. If assigning INC grades please ensure the INC Grade Form is submitted no later than the grade submission deadline for the course.
- Late grades can prevent student academic progression and delay confirmation of a student’s application to graduate. It is very important to submit your grades on time. There is no need to hold up grade submission if you are still awaiting graded work from a subset of students. For instance, if you are waiting for some students to take a makeup exam or submit an outstanding assignment, then you can arrange an INC for those individuals and submit final grades for the rest of your class by the submission deadline.
