Become a co-op expert!
As you being the co-op process this January, get familiar with all the components of the co-op at the second CFM Co-op Prep Event.
The event will run fair-style, giving you the opportunity to walk around and chat with experienced upper-year CFM students at the following stations:
- Resume tips
- Interview tips, skills, and strategies
- Navigating WaterlooWorks
- Networking (i.e. employer information sessions, using LinkedIn)
- PD courses and work term reports
You're encouraged to visit each station to learn as much as you can from your peers and ask any questions you may have from your preparations or from your work in PD1.
Visiting each station gives you at the chance to win one of two co-op prize packs!
At 6:30 p.m., all other upper-year CFM students will join us for dinner, where you will be able to speak with them about their most recent co-op experiences.
