Focus on building positive mental health by participating in a variety of mindful activities. CFM will be hosting a variety of great events this week.

  • Monday, November 4, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (drop in times) | HH 3106 > Mandala colouring – Brighten up your day with vibrant colours and relax with adult colouring.
  • Tuesday, November 5, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (drop in times) | DC 2314 > Meditation room – Spend some quiet time in your day to take a break. You can meditate, study or sit. Taking even 15 minutes to disconnect can be beneficial.
  • Wednesday, November 6, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (drop in times) | HH 3127 > Yogurt parfait marking – Healthy eating can do wonders for your brain. Stop by for a delicious snack that packs a lot of nutritional punch.
  • Thursday, November 7, see times below | DC 1301 > Co-op Information Session and Movie Night
    • Co-op Information Session, 7:00 to 8:00 pm (first years only) – Find out what you can expect in the co-op process in winter term and gain some helpful resources on resume development tools, interviewing and more.
    • Movie Night, 8:00 to 10:30 pm (all CFM students) - Bring your comfy clothes, pillows and blankets for a cozy night of movies and popcorn. Vte on your favourite movie fr the night. Majority wins!
  • Friday, November 8, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (drop in times) | DC 2314 (drop in times) > Facing your stress workshop – Tackle your stress head on with a plan to reduce your anxiety and stress triggers.
