Writer and poet Matthew Kee will provide tips on how to perform your poetry. Hone your skills reading your own work for an audience! Drop in to the English Department Library (HH 232) anytime during the workshop hours.


Matthew Kee

Matthew Kee is a Toronto-born writer and poet who thinks he is still too young to have a bio. He fell in love with poetry in high school and slowly worked up the courage to start performing at open mies. Since then, he has attended writing workshops and festivals across Canada, and competed in poetry slams at both a regional and national level. He was recently a featured poet at the Vancouver Poetry Slam and performed at the Poetry All-Stars Showcase in Edmonton. 

Matt is in his final year of Systems Design Engineering and is a student in ENGL336, Creative Writing 2.
