Biography
Elena Afros has a Ph.D. in Linguistics, M.A. in Rhetoric and Communication Design, and a TESL Certificate from Seneca College. She teaches Linguistics and English for Academic Purposes. Her research interests include academic discourse of the humanities and Old Germanic morpho-syntax. Some of her articles appeared in English for Specific Purposes, Journal of English for Academic Purposes, Notes and Queries, and Amsterdamer Beiträge zur älteren Germanistik.
