This Service is to be used for "VISITORS ONLY”

*individual travel is a reimbursable expense

Please complete an online purchase requisition and include all the information listed below:

We require the name(s) of the traveler(s), arrival and departure dates in the description portion on the Purchase Requisition

*A separate requisition for each traveler is required if the arrival and departure dates are different.

* If a group is travelling together with the same arrival and Departure dates, only one Purchase Requisition is required.

Please contact Procurement & Contracts with the Release #, if the is a requirement to cancel either an entire or partial booking.
