UWRA is organizing some local hikes this fall to help us all keep active!
Our second hike is scheduled for Nov 6, 2024 on the Schneider Bush trail.
Meet time is 9:45 am at the trail head at the corner of Wilmot Line and Wideman Road

This is one of Waterloo County’s most enjoyable trails. It is an easy hike with a few hills and dips that takes us through meadows and heavily forested areas. At the end of the trail is a wonderful view of Sunfish Lake.
The walk takes between 1hr 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on sights and stops. Our trail guides will be Howard Armitage and Margaret Burnett. Looking forward to seeing UW retirees as we get active and enjoy the outdoors!
