Most forms that you will complete will require approval from your Undergraduate Advisor and should be submitted to the Undergraduate Coordinator either in person to E5 6126 or by email to sydeusec@engmail.uwaterloo.ca (either as a completed fill-able PDF or as a scan of the form completed by hand).
