Future undergraduate students

This month, United College was represented over 8,000 km across the North Atlantic Ocean. Our principal Rick Myers and Chancellor the Rt. Honorable Michaelle Jean travelled to the African Development University (ADU) institution located in Niamey, the capital of Niger. Here, United College signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the African Development University (ADU) to explore mutually beneficial academic collaboration.

United College is honoured to announce that Savanah Seaton has joined our team as Shatitsirótha' Waterloo Indigenous Student Centre (WISC) Director.

On Saturday, September 24, 2022, St. Paul’s University College officially changed its name and presented its new logo to the public as United College, transforming to a more inclusive image while still paying tribute to its original founder.

This year at the Stanley Knowles lecture, to honour his kindness and hard work, the Bob Rosehart fellowship was awarded to Riley Purdie who has displayed strong academics and positive social contributions to her community.

This year at the Stanley Knowles Lecture, the award was given to two students Maya Henderson and Jordyn Maywood who have done an incredible job of fostering a sense of community for their peers at United College.

This year at the Stanley Knowles Lecture, the Cronk-Mastin Scholarship was awarded to Elizabeth Beach who has stood out within the United College community for her compassion and dedication to higher learning.

HaoHao Du, founder of iContribute, partnered with his long time friend from highschool and current University of Waterloo student, Mesha Naidoo-Edwarson, to develop their venture, an app rooted in volunteerism and student success. Through this partnership and with support from St. Paul’s GreenHouse, the team has made great strides in amplifying their impact.
