Tell us about your new course

Once a term a list of new Faculty of Arts courses will be shared with students through our community on LEARN called smARTSpace. The courses can also be shared on digital screens and through social media (Twitter).

The form below is intended to be used to promote brand new courses, not courses with low enrollment. If you are hoping to promote an existing course please see the tips for promoting existing courses.

If you have a poster promoting the new course that you’d like us to post, please send a printed copy to the Arts Undergraduate Office in PAS 2439.

Deadlines for submissions

New courses will be promoted on smARTSpace just before the early course selection period begins for each term. In order to have your course information in time to include in this promotion please ensure you submit the form well before the deadlines below (subject to change):

  • May 1 (Fall offerings)
  • September 1 (Winter offerings)
  • January 1 (Spring offerings)
  • Anytime (for digital screens and Twitter)

Please include a concise course description, similar in length to what would be found in the Undergraduate Calendar. (Please note that copy may be edited for length.)
If you have created a digital screen, social media assets or have an image we can use to promote your course, please upload it here.
