Adding the Student Alert Widget to your Learn Homepage

• Login to Learn and go to the course shell that you want to add the Student Alert Widget to. 
• Select Course Admin from the course Navbar and select Homepages from “Site Setup” 

• Choose Copy from the drop down menu beside the Two-Column Course Homepage

• Select Two-Column Course Homepage – Copy by clicking on the title 

To add a widget: 

• Scroll down until you see the layout of your homepage 

• Select  Add Widgets button from the desired area into which you wish to add the Widget

• Make sure you’re looking at the Custom Widget tab and check the box beside the Student Alert widget. Then click Add.

• You can drag the widgets from one area to another, if you wish to alter their location 

To remove a widget: 

• Hover over the widget and click the 'X' in the top right corner of the widget you would like to remove 

• Select  Save and Close 

• From the Active Homepage drop down menu, select Two-Column Course Homepage – Copy and select  Apply.
