When an 8-month coop job at Facebook caught her eye, Insiya Cuttleriwala (BES '18, ENBUS) didn’t feel qualified. But having recently learned in Sheryl Sandberg’s Lean In that most females only apply for jobs they are 100% qualified for, she decided to throw her hat into the ring filled with engineering students, and she landed the job. Turning a co-op placement into a full-time job, however, took time, patience and maintaining connections.
