2025 Faculty of Health Fun Run
Saturday, September 20, 2025
One of the longest-standing traditions at the University of Waterloo, the Faculty of Health Fun Run returned this year!Â
Thanks to everyone who participated in the 2025 Fun Run on September 20, 2025! Perfect weather and even better company made it an unforgettable day.
There were over 200 alumni, students, faculty, staff, and members of the community who took part in this year's Fun Run. We were privileged to be joined by Marc Lafleur, our grand marshal, and Bob Copland, our MC. Lili Liu, Dean of Health and Elder Myeegun Henry, Indigenous Knowledge Keeper were also able to join us and share some encouraging words.
Runners and those cheering them on were entertained by DJ Dave Partridge who kept everyone moving to the music! Thanks to Flashpoint for providing a photobooth for participants to enjoy. Erin Rellinger Smith led everyone through warm-ups to ensure they were ready for the race.
Thanks to our participants, over $1000 was raised to help support students, education and research that will inspire a healthier world.Â
Congratulations to all who ran, walked and moved in the Fun Run.
