Failure is a normal part of the post-secondary experience, and it's also an essential component to the learning process.

In fact, success has a lot to do with how we understand and overcome failures, setbacks or mistakes. When we reflect on our experiences, we can gain deeper insights into ourselves and the experience, helping to improve future performance. Therefore, failure is not only necessary to learning, but also a key ingredient to success!

All undergraduate Health students are invited to this series of hybrid workshops covering some key skills for academic success in university!

This workshop will be hosted by Vivienne Hang, Student Relations Officer.

Light refreshments will be provided. No registration required.

If you would like to join us virtually or to review content asynchronously after this session has passed, please contact Vivienne Hang, Student Relations Officer at hlthsro@uwaterloo.ca for access.
