The Faculty Health is holding an #UWHealthGrad memories contest!

The contest is now CLOSED. Winners will be announced on Faculty of Health social media channels the week of June 14. Thank you for participating and congratulations to all of our 2021 graduates!

How to enter

  1. Complete the form below by the contest deadline.
  2. Share your favourite memory from your time in our Faculty from one of the three categories below (includes undergraduate and graduate memories).
    1. Favourite memory showcasing your Faculty pride (volunteering, working with us, attending events, welcoming new students, etc.).
    2. An accomplishment you are proud of.
    3. An adventure with friends that you’ll never forget.
  3. Share two photos of you:
    1. How it started - first-year or younger you photo
    2. How it's going - A photo of present-day you. Option to use the convocation photobooth to create your photo.

Note: Your pictures and your submitted memory do not have to match.

Selection process and prizes

The contest committee will select three winning submissions (one from each category) based on the following:

  • The quality of the photo
  • The quality of storytelling in the written submission
  • The accuracy in which the submission answered the category prompt

Winners will be awarded a University of Waterloo Contemporary Diploma Frame.

Winning submissions will be shared on social media to represent this term’s graduating class and shared on Faculty of Health websites.

Winning participants will be contacted via email before June 18, 2021 to arrange details to receive their prize.

Rules

  • This contest is only open to University of Waterloo Faculty of Health students that are convocating on June 18, 2021.
  • There is no limit to how many memories you can submit. Multiple submissions = multiple chances to win.
  • Submitted photos must belong to the participant.
  • Entries may not contain profanity, nudity, pornographic images, violent images, anti-competition messages, illegal material, drugs or alcohol, or material that violates the rights of third parties.
  • By entering the contest, you consent to the University of Waterloo using any material submitted for promotional purposes without compensation or notice.
