Mathematics for Teachers
Through our fully online Master of Mathematics for Teachers (MMT) program, teachers from around the world are deepening their understanding of the core foundations of mathematics curricula in support of enhanced student learning.
The primary goal of the MMT is to provide current teachers of mathematics with the opportunity to strengthen their understanding of the mathematics underlying the content taught in secondary school classrooms. The MMT is designed to:
- deepen participants’ understanding of mathematical foundations relating to core secondary school curricula,
- expose participants to areas of applications of modern mathematics, and
- challenge participants to look for new and innovative ways to bring their newfound knowledge into the classroom.
