Preparing for Euclid 2026
The Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing at the Faculty of Mathematics, University of Waterloo is offering a series of 90-minute sessions to help you prepare for the Euclid Contest. These sessions are based on the modules given in the Preparation Materials for the CSMC and Euclid Contest. Each session will cover two of these modules. It is expected that you will be familiar with the mathematical content covered in the modules.
The focus of these sessions will be on problem-solving strategies and contest questions related to this content. We will have fun solving problems together and discussing possible approaches. We will give some recommended problems to solve on your own after each session. Students who spend their time solving these problems will benefit more from these sessions. These sessions are aimed at students of grades 11-12 from all over the world who are interested in participating the Euclid 2026 math contest scheduled to be held in Spring 2026:
- North and South America: Tuesday, March 31, 2026
- Outside North and South America: Wednesday, April 1, 2026
