The Faculty of Mathematics and the Mathematics Faculty Council operate in accordance to the constitution and bylaws.
Faculty Council meets at 3:30 PM on Tuesdays in the months of September, November, February (March), and April.

Invitations and Registration
Meeting notices and agendas are sent via email to all members of Faculty Council. Non-members who wish to receive the meeting notices can do so by subscribing to the mailing list.
To provide security controls, meeting materials - including those from past meetings - will be published on Sharepoint. You will be required to authenticate in order to access the material.
Faculty Performance Evaluation Guidelines (pending approval on Oct 14, 2026)
Section 13.5.1(C) of the MoA requires that each Faculty has Performance Evaluation Guidelines setting out the evaluation criteria specific to that Faculty. The Faculty Performance Evaluation Guidelines shall be reviewed and updated no less than once every five (5) years, and changes shall be approved by a majority vote of the Faculty Council no later than 15 October in the year before evaluation calendar year to which the changes would apply.
