Administrative team
Meghan McLellan
Job responsibilities
- Day-to-day oversight of the Math recruitment and outreach team.
- Develops strategies, organization, and projects to help the team recruit the best students around the world.
- Part of the admissions committee and helps select the incoming class each year.

Helping the team be successful, interacting with student ambassadors, and meeting prospective students!
Dina Dawoud
Job responsibilities
- Making admission decisions for all Mathematics programs.
- Chairing scholarship and award committees while making scholarship decisions for incoming Math students.
- Overseeing the recruitment team (international and domestic).
Rebecca Psutka (on leave)
Job responsibilities
- Organizing budget surrounding prospective and current student scholarships, the Admissions Information Form review process.
- Responsible for many different administrative duties like helping the team with International travel bookings, finance related questions and events.

Jessica Barsati
Job responsibilities
- Supporting undergraduate recruitment initiatives and outreach events for the Faculty of Mathematics
- Assisting with event planning, student engagement, and communications for prospective students
- Supporting day-to-day recruitment operations and contributing to outreach projects in a collaborative team environment
