This is a monthly potluck featuring meatless dishes. All faculty, staff, graduate students, and postdocs in the Faculty of Math are welcome to attend.
No registration required just show up with your best (or even so-so; no pressure!) meatless dish, the ingredient list, and serving utensils.
We will have a draw once a term for prizes and attendees at the potluck will have their names entered in the draw for the prize. Winter 2024 prize is a gift card to Copper Branch, a vegetarian restaurant in Uptown Waterloo.
Can't make it to the potluck? You can still participate in Meatless Monday. The Math C&D will feature meatless entrees every Monday. Every purchase of one will get you an entry for the draw. Or you can tag us on social media with a picture of your Meatless Monday dish! Use #MeatlessMathMondays and tag us directly at @waterloomath. Please tag us with your Meatless Monday stories on Mondays only. Each tagged post gets an entry in the prize draw.
