Faculty of Mathematics Olympiad Scholarship Application

This scholarship provides $50,000 to help fund your education and continue developing your mathematical excellence at Waterloo. To be eligible for this new scholarship, applicants must: 

  • Be entering full time into Year One of any Faculty of Mathematics program (excluding Software Engineering)
  • Have achieved a medal standing at the International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI), European Girls Olympiad in Informatics (EGOI), International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO), or the European Girls Math Olympiad (EGMO)
  • Demonstrate academic excellence and receive a strong evaluation of the Admission Information Form (AIF)
  • Complete this application form by March 6, 2026
