Julie Lassonde, Director at GMP Capital Inc.

Ms. Lassonde has over 20 years of experience in the mining industry in senior executive and corporate board roles.  She is currently on the Board of GMP Capital Inc., a Toronto-based investment dealer, and asset manager with over $28 billion in assets under management.

Ms. Lassonde has an extensive philanthropic background.  She currently serves as President of the Canadian Engineering Memorial Foundation and is on the Boards of the Royal Ontario Museum, National Gallery of Canada Foundation, York University, and the Pierre Lassonde Family Foundation.

She holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Queen’s University and an Executive MBA from Brown University and IE Business School (Spain).
