Vanna Krantz, CFO, Disney Streaming Services and BAMTech, LLC

Vanna Krantz is a commercially-minded CFO with over 25 years of experience providing financial direction and operational execution for global fintech and digital media businesses. She is focused on managing growth, scaling business operations, and delivering on financial targets.

Currently, Vanna is Chief Financial Officer of Disney Streaming Services which operates Disney+ and ESPN+. Disney+ launched in November 2019 and is already tremendously successful with over 50M subscribers globally featuring Marvel, StarWars, Pixar, Disney and National Geographic content. ESPN+ launched in April 2018 and is the largest sports streaming service globally.

Previously, Vanna was the CFO of the Wealth Management division and the Media division of Thomson Reuters, an $11B multinational information provider of news, market data, trade analytics, and transaction capabilities.

In her CFO roles, she led financial planning & reporting, capital planning, corporate development, establishing operational key performance indicators, budgeting, forecasting, GAAP accounting, and cash management.

Earlier, Vanna held senior finance positions at Credit Suisse Asset Management, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Before that she was a principal consultant in the Financial Risk Management practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she advised capital market clients on implementing market and credit risk management infrastructure.

After earning her Bachelor of Mathematics with honors at the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada, Vanna began her career as an Auditor for the Office of the Auditor General of Canada in Ottawa, then became Manager of Trading Policy for The Bank of Nova Scotia in Toronto.

Vanna resides with her family in Westchester County, NY.
