The School of Planning welcomed our incoming undergraduate & graduate students! On September 10th, over 115 students attended the School’s virtual events to welcome incoming students to Canada’s largest planning school. At the undergraduate event, new students met faculty and staff, PSA co-presidents offered words of wisdom, advisors shared resources for student success, and the event wrapped up with a website-wide scavenger hunt (featuring prizes!). The graduate event included a meet-and-greet students with students, faculty, and staff, a competitive game of planning-related Kahoot, and a Q &A session in virtual breakout rooms. If you were unable able to attend the ceremonies, we are pleased to officially welcome you to the University of Waterloo!
