    This award is given to an Indigenous student who is affiliated with Renison University College as a student enrolled in a Renison degree program or as a resident of Renison University College.

    This award is given to an undergraduate student who is enrolled in the Social Development Studies program who identifies as First Nations (status or non-status), Métis or Inuit.

    Application: Individual

    This award is given to a student who has applied for full-time studies for Fall 2026 in the Master of Social Work program. Priority is given to students from marginalized communities and who have experienced barriers to higher education.

  • William Laing Memorial Award

    Value: $750
    Application Type: Common Application

    This award is given to a full-time student in the Master of Social Work program. Preference will be given to students from marginalized communities and to first-generation students.

  • Winston & Diana Cherry Award

    Value: $2500
    Application Type: Common Application

    This award is given to an undergraduate student in a Renison program. First priority is given to Crown Wards or students in extended society care. Preference will be given to under-represented groups.
