In conjunction with the annual meeting of the Canadian Chemistry Conference and Exhibition (CSC 2025) in Ottawa, the Faculty of Science and the Department of Chemistry will be hosting a networking reception at Beyond the Pale Byward Taproom and invite all science alumni in the area to attend.
We’ll be wrapping up Spirit Week with SCBUS Showcase - a celebratory night filled with great food, music, and to bid farewell to the graduating class of 2023!
We’ll be wrapping up Spirit Week with SCBUS Showcase - a celebratory night filled with great food, music, and to bid farewell to the graduating class of 2023! This event will take place on March 21st from 6:30PM to 8:30PM at Federation Hall with a semi-formal dress code. For those observing Ramadan during this time, we will have iftar and prayer spaces available at the venue.
The Fusion Conference, operating since 2004, is a conference hosted at the University of Waterloo that merges knowledge from science, business, and technology fields through a unique theme each year. The theme of the 2023 Fusion Conference is "20 Years of Innovation: A Look Back and a Leap Forward", inviting students to explore the changes and challenges of technology and craft innovative solutions for a sustainable future. Registration is first-come and first-served depending on interest of case competition participation - registrants will be placed on a waitlist if the building capacity is exceeded.
This year's Conference will be held on November 16th, 2024 at Federation Hall, University of Waterloo.
