Join over 21 AHS alumni as they return to campus to share their experiences, offer career insight, and speak with you and your fellow classmates about what to expect once you have graduated from Waterloo.

In small groups, you’ll be able to meet and talk with alumni, ask questions, and find jobs that interest you. After the “speed networking” component, you will have the opportunity to follow up and speak with any of our alumni guests over a bite to eat.

Kinesiology is becoming a regulated health profession in the province of Ontario.

Join Conny Glenn, President of the Transitional Council of The College of Kinesiologists of Ontario for this presentation outlining the affiliated legislation, registration process, and requirements.

Applied Health Sciences graduating students are invited to join special alumni guests Bob Hunter (BSc '76, Kinesiology), Barb Willet (BSc '87, Health), Mano Watsa (BA '99, Recreation and Leisure Studies), their favourite AHS professors, and Dean Susan Elliott, as they offer congratulations and inspiring words of advice.

University of Waterloo TD Discovery Day in Health Sciences is presented in partnership with The Canadian Medical Hall of Fame, and is a day of hands-on workshops to help grade 10 and 11 high school students explore the wide variety of careers in the field of health sciences.

The Faculty of Applied Health Sciences is pleased to host Dr. Edward Kanyesigye, Dean of Science and Technology, from the Uganda Christian University, from now through June 21^st.

All are invited to attend a special research seminar by Dr. Edward Kanyesigye on Wednesday, June 12^th titled “Uganda Health Services: An Insider’s View” in Lyle Hallman Institute (LHS) Room 1633 at 3:30 p.m.
