AHS alumni and current grad students Lana Vanderlee and Andrew Mitchell, along with colleagues created a non-profit organization called Bringing About Better Understanding, or BABU, a Nepali term meaning “little boy.”
On February 24th you are invited to hear their story behind starting BABU and how they turned their passion into change.

The objective of the Café Scientifique is for health researchers and community health agency practitioners to share how the Canadian Index of Wellbeing (CIW), housed at the University of Waterloo, can be used to track the wellbeing of Ontarians to ensure better health and quality of life outcomes for all.
