The Master of Health Informatics program (Public Health and Health Systems field) is designed for professionals with backgrounds in public health and/or health care who require more knowledge about computer science and health informatics in order to identify, design and manage informatics solutions relevant to health and health systems. Public Health and Health Systems MSc

The MSc in Public Health and Health Systems (formerly Health Studies and Gerontology) provides a trans-disciplinary, population health approach to addressing health and health system challenges in Canada and around the world. Our approach focusses on improving the health of the population across the lifespan and on reducing inequalities affecting the health of various subpopulations. Kinesiology MSc

The MSc in Kinesiology focusses on optimizing health, preventing injury and illness, and extending years of high-quality life through understanding cellular to societal implications of physical activity, nutrition, and lifestyle. Your course work and research are focused in one of three areas: biomechanics, neuroscience or physiology. Public Health MPH

The MPH in Public Health provides a broad understanding of public health and the knowledge, tools, and skills for management/leadership roles in public health settings. The program highlights evidence-informed practice in public health, sociobehavioural health, environmental health, and public health informatics. Offered online, the MPH offers flexibility for the working professional and can be completed in 2-4 years. Recreation and Leisure Studies MA

In the MA in Recreation and Leisure Studies, you'll study leisure and leisure behaviour from a variety of social science perspectives. The program is designed to increase knowledge of the theories and concepts of leisure, and of the contributions by the social sciences, the natural sciences, and the humanities for understanding leisure. You'll learn to conduct independent scholarly research through coursework and a thesis (normally completed during second year under the supervision of a faculty member). Social Work MSW

Canada’s first health-focused online Master of Social Work program is offered by The School of Social Work at Renison University College in collaboration with the Faculty of Applied Health Sciences. The program provides students with knowledge and skills in advanced social work practice within a focus on health, research/scholarship, professional leadership, and social work supervision. This graduate program is delivered primarily online, with required on-campus Summer Institutes, allowing students to continue to participate in their home community while pursuing a graduate degree in social work. Aging, Health and Well-being PhD

The PhD in Aging, Health and Well-being provides you with an interdisciplinary platform upon which to develop a broad understanding of issues related to the health and well-being of our aging population.
