Join us on Thursday, July 19, 2018 for Math 101 Day**. The event is for all incoming Faculty of Mathematics undergraduate students and their family members. Designed with you in mind, it’s a day filled with experiences to help you and your family successfully make the transition from high school to first-year at Waterloo. Registration opens June 1, 2018.
During Math 101 Day, you'll:
- Experience first-year Math and Computer Science lectures and program-specific sessions.
- Find out more about Co-op or “The Edge” and how to prepare for your first job.
- Learn about services and resources on campus that support your success – so that you’ll know where to get help if you struggle in first year.
- Meet upper-year students, professors, and staff – your community when you arrive in September.
When you leave campus at the end of Math 101 Day, we’ll have answered all of your and your family's questions.
**Although students in the Computing and Financial Management program are equally part of the Faculty of Math and the Faculty of Arts, students are asked to register for Math 101 Day.
