Biography
I am a social scientist with wide interests. Most of my current research addresses issues around labour market/social policy, as well as the use of randomized control trials in economics. From 2005 to 2011, I was Assistant Professor in the School of Policy Studies at Queen's University, and from 2011 to 2016, Associate Professor in the ILR School at Cornell University. In 2013, I received the John Dunlop Scholar award for outstanding contributions to the field of collective bargaining, and in 2021 received the Purvis Prize.
