Sex-Esteem

Join us for the Sex-Esteem seminar, an engaging and affirming space dedicated to enhancing your understanding of sexual health and well-being. This seminar offers a lively, sex-positive atmosphere where you can learn about essential topics like consent, contraceptives, and effective communication in relationships. Our approach is focused on boosting your knowledge and confidence in navigating sexual health, contraception options, and fostering healthy relationship practices. While participation is encouraged to enrich your experience, it is entirely optional. Facilitator - Erin Sioui (She/Her) - Peer Health Education Coordinator

I am Erin and currently I am the Peer Health Education Coordinator where I oversee teams of volunteers who run health related activities across campus! I attended UWaterloo for my undergrad which sparked my passion for academic success, community outreach, and student wellbeing.

This seminar is one of my favourites to facilitate - it's a fun and interactive way to boost your own sex-esteem!
