Sally Gunz, FAUW President, and Ian Orchard, Vice President Academic & Provost (VPAP), have issued a joint memorandum of agreement formalizing regular salary anomaly reviews, following one of the recommendations of the May 2016 Salary Anomaly Working Group Report.
The memo stipulates that a joint working group will conduct a university-wide anomaly review for both male and female faculty, including lecturers, every five years starting in September 2020. Future working groups will use an equivalent model to that used in the 2015-2016 review, unless both FAUW and the VPAP agree to changes.
