Applied Health Sciences Endowment Fund Proposal Form

Thank you for submitting an Applied Health Sciences Endowment Fund (AHSEF) funding proposal!

Please ensure that you have read the proposal guidelines before completing this application. Make sure that the form is filled out completely and that information is accurate.

Spring 2022 proposals are due on July 10, 2022, by 11:59 p.m.

The AHSEF Board of Directors will meet to review the proposals on July 19, 2022 from 1:00-4:00pm. Students who submit a proposal must be able to attend the virtual meeting on July 19.

Proposals should be submitted a term in advance of when funding is needed.

Please list the names of any faculty or staff who support that the proposed project is feasible to implement and that the proposed funds are necessary for proper implementation. Faculty or staff support is mandatory for each proposal.
