The Deans Advisory Committee on Health and Well-being is excited to announce our collaboration with Produce Place and the Faculty of Engineering: the Fruit and Veggie Market! An initiative to bring affordable produce across campus. All members of the University of Waterloo are welcome!

Locations: Held at two locations during the same time

  • Student Life Centre: Lower Atrium
  • Faculty of Engineering: PSE (formally E7), 1st floor by the Robohub

Cost: $10 per pre-assorted bag of produce. Cash, debit, or credit are accepted.

What am I getting?

Availability varies by season. Each bag will include enough produce for several meals, with some of the following as they become available:

  • Apples
  • Beans
  • Broccoli
  • Mangoes
  • Onions
  • Oranges/clementines
  • Potatoes
  • Berries
  • Other fruits and vegetables

It is estimated that attendees will save 30–50% on select produce compared to a similar item at a grocery store. For more information, please visit the Faculty of Engineering wellness program.
