Join us for guided Mindful Meditation sessions every Tuesday from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. in HLTH EXP 1686.
Take a break from your busy day to pause, breathe and cultivate a sense of calm. Whether you're new to meditation or have practiced before, everyone is welcome to join us in this peaceful space. No registration is required.
