The Dean’s Advisory Committee on Health and Well-being presents Wellness Week, a week-long series of activities dedicated to supporting and promoting the well-being of all Health students.
Each drop-in event throughout the week of February 12 to February 16 will be hosted day-to-day from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. All events are located at the second floor of Health Expansion Building (EXP).
Kicking off the week with the first event on Monday, February 12 is Make Your Own Wellness Kit! Drop by the event to pick from a wide variety of self-care items to construct a personalized wellness kit.
The event is free and all materials will be provided, while quantities last.
This event is hosted by the Dean's Advisory Committee on Health and Well-being in collaboration with Vivienne Hang, Student Relations Officer.
