Come join Sex Educators from the SHORE Centre (formerly Planned Parenthood) of Waterloo Region as they explore sex and relationships through art at their pop-up booth. Open to all undergraduate and graduate students in Health.
Join us for a rejuvenating 1-hour guided yoga session at the BMH Green, where all Health students, staff, and faculty are welcome to de-stress and find their balance. This session is designed to help you relax, reflect, and recharge as we head into the Thanksgiving holiday.
The Dean's Advisory Committee on Health and Well-being is bringing back the Snack Pack program. Watch for staff in teal Waterloo Health shirts in the Expansion building between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Thursdays in the Fall term to grab a snack. All Faculty of Health students welcome!
