Weekly Wellness - SpikeBall Social

Join us for an afternoon of Spikeball fun to support your physical wellness! Both beginner and experienced players are welcome to join! The event will be hosted in the Field House at CIF. If you’re interested in meeting Faculty of Health students while getting active, this event is for you!

The Weekly Wellness team will also be supporting the social wellness of students by supplying random acts of kindness on a sweet treat all week. Check out the wellness table in the AHSUM lounge to participate.

In support of spiritual wellness, Weekly Wellness will introduce the final dimension of wellness by hosting pot decorating and planting flowers as a way for individuals to connect with nature.
