Graduate application processing

The Faculty of Health works with our academic units and Graduate Studies and Postdoctoral Affairs to review all graduate applications. We are committed to a fair and thorough review process with the goal of providing students with an admission decision in timely manner. Application processing times vary by program. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your application, please contact the Graduate Coordinator for your program.

Completed applications will normally be reviewed approximately 8-10 weeks from the application deadline.

If, upon review of your application, we discover that information is missing, unclear, or incomplete the Graduate Coordinator will contact you.

If you have applied to a research program, a faculty member must be willing to act as your supervisor in order for you to receive an offer of admission. Your application file will be made available to faculty members who are affiliated with the program to which you have applied. Faculty members can then access and review your application documentation and contact you if needed.

Once an admission decision has been made, applicants will receive an email and an admission decision will appear in Quest. Admitted students can then view and print our electronic offer of admission letter.

Please visit your program page for application deadlines.
