Applied Health Sciences Endowment Fund (AHSEF) Proposal Form

Thank you for submitting an Applied Health Sciences Endowment Fund (AHSEF) funding proposal!

Please ensure that you have read the proposal guidelines before completing this application. Make sure the form is completely filled out and that the information is accurate. The Winter 2026 proposals deadline is Wednesday, March 25 at 11:59 p.m.

The AHSEF Board of Directors will meet to review the proposals between Monday, March 30 and Monday, April 6. Students who submit a proposal will be invited to present their proposal at the Board meeting. The meeting date will be shared via email once it has been confirmed.

Proposals should be submitted a term in advance of when funding is needed. For example, an event scheduled in the Winter term should be proposed during the Fall term.

Student organization/club
Is this proposal being made on behalf of any specific student organization or club?
Please briefly describe the project, including where the funding will be going and the necessity of the project.
Please explain how your proposed project will benefit undergraduate students in the Faculty of Health, including approximately how many of the Faculty's students will benefit from the initiative.

Ensure estimate is complete, including total costs and breakdown of costs. This includes the cost for any purchases, taxes, shipping, installation, etc.
Will this project be receiving funding from any other source and/or have alternate funding methods been considered? If yes, please explain.
Please list the name(s) of any faculty or staff who support the feasibility of the proposed project and who confirm that the proposed funds are necessary for proper implementation. This should not include staff on the AHSEF Board, namely the Student Transition and Engagement Officer or the Financial Officer in the Faculty of Health.
