Join us to celebrate Alumni Black and Gold Day at Home! Whether you watch the concert, take part in the virtual fun run or enjoy the day of math-specific activities, we hope you have a great time. Be sure to register today!
While we can’t reconnect in the way we originally planned, we have a full online program, including:
- A dean’s lecture with the newly appointed Dean of Mathematics, Mark Giesbrecht, who will be sharing his vision for the future (8:30 am – 9:15 am)
- An intriguing panel featuring Faculty researchers who are truly harnessing the power of math to revolutionize healthcare (10:00 am – 11:00 am)
- An inspirational discussion on how one alumni founded start-up, Snap Travel, went from burning millions to profitability and back to growth in 60 days (11:30 am – 12:15 pm)
- A family friendly math activity for parents and kids in grades 4-8, hosted by Math Alumni and the CEMC! (3:00 – 4:00 pm)
