What do you like most about being a Senior Math Faculty Ambassador?

My favorite part of being an ambassador is getting the opportunity to work with students in my faculty and with my professors in an informal environment (as opposed to in class). Also, I enjoy helping potential first years by giving them information that I would have considered useful in my first year.

Is there anything you wish you knew before coming to uWaterloo?

Don’t fear profs! They are super friendly and, believe it or not, FUN!

What do you do on weekends?

I like to use my weekends to explore different places in Waterloo and in Ontario. I try to make the most out of them. Of course, there are the occasional ‘sleep-eat-repeat’ weekends.
