The School of Planning is pleased to announce that the University of Waterloo Planning Alumni of Toronto (UWPAT) is once again hosting their annual in-person dinner! The dinner will be held on Tuesday, November 8th, 2022, at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto. The reception will begin at 5pm. Please find more details about the event and speaker
The dinner is a great opportunity to network with nearly 1,000 professionals in the GTA planning world, many of whom are UW alum. The funds from this dinner support our Planner-in-Residence program, student scholarships, and other student initiatives.
UWPAT and the School of Planning are offering tickets at a discounted rate for students. Limited transportation is available from the University of Waterloo to Toronto, free of charge, for faculty, staff and students who are attending the dinner.
Professor Doucet will be leading a walking tour of the area before the dinner, to help understand long-term processes of change and stability.
