The School of Planning is excited to announce that Katherine Perrott, PhD RPP MCIP has joined the faculty as a tenure track Assistant Professor. Prior to this role, Dr Perrott was working full-time as a teaching faculty member in the School of Planning, supporting our students across a range of urban design and planning practice courses. She brings fifteen years of experience as an urban planning researcher, educator, and practitioner in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Her research sits at the intersection of urban design, housing, and planning practice, addressing the question: How can we improve our planning for increasingly densified, complex communities?
