Congratulations to Planning student Michael Wideman for receiving a $5,000 award from the Velocity Fund Finals competition and access to space for his entrepreneurial enterprise! Eggplantr is in the early stages of start-up; the development of their digital tool to generate and print permaculture planting layout plans on biodegradable weed barriers, to enable novice gardeners to grow their own food is very promising!
