Healthy Communities & Planning for the Public Realm
This year’s OPPI Symposium will be hosted at the Hamilton Convention Centre on October 5 & 6, 2016! Registration is required.
The School of Planning is pleased to assist Planning Undergraduate and Graduate students wishing to attend the Symposium by subsidizing part of the registration fee. A maximum of 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
To qualify for reimbursement
Proof of Registration must be submitted to Sheree Solomon by September 30th. (Include OPPI Symposium 2016 Funding in the subject line). You will receive a return email confirming receipt.
Reimbursement
To receive reimbursement, you must provide the following information by October, 20, 2016. Funds will distributed on a first come first serve basis – we do our best to support all students – Please note that failure to submit by the 20th, will forfeit your eligibility for support.

The
claim
form
must
include
original
hard
copy
documentation:
- Registration receipt (the pdf. Provided upon registration is acceptable)
- Name tag – or some other proof that you attended
- A copy of the program page which will provide the name of the conference, the dates it covered, and the location
