  • Bachelor of Social Work Endowment Fund Bursary

    This bursary is given to a Bachelor of Social Work student who is in good academic standing and demonstrates financial need. The student must also demonstrate a commitment to community involvement and/or volunteerism.

  • Beverley's Fund for Accessibility

    Beverley’s Fund for Accessibility provides support to Renison-registered students who need accessibility products and are unable to attain them through other means.

  • Donald and Doris M'Timkulu Award

    Value: $1000
    Term Offered: Spring

    This award is given to a full-time Renison registered student who can demonstrate commitment to voluntary service in an international or multicultural context or is participating in an international learning experience.

  • Irene Kathleen Weatherhead Award

    Term Offered: Spring

    This award is given to students in the Bachelor and Master of Social Work programs. Students must be in good academic standing and demonstrate financial need.

  • Maple Leaf Fund

    Term offered: Fall, Winter, Spring

    The Maple Leaf Fund supports newcomers to Canada with refugee status who wish to pursue or, in many cases, resume their university studies, but need to improve their English language skills. This scholarship is awarded to one student per term and covers all associated study expenses such as tuition and course materials.

  • Maycourt Club of K-W Bursary

    This bursary is given to a full-time student in the Bachelor of Social Work program. The student must be in good academic standing and demonstrates financial need.

  • President's Special Award for Academic Achievement

    An award presented to a graduating undergraduate student in the fall and spring in recognition of high academic achievement.

  • Renison Gold Medal Award for Academic Achievement

    An annual award presented to the student with the highest academic achievement who is graduating with a significant number of credits from a Renison academic plan.

  • Social Development Studies Book Prize of Academic Achievement

    An annual award presented to a graduating student for excellent academic achievement.

  • Student Urgent Need (SUN) Bursary

    The SUN bursary gives temporary financial support to Renison students in times of urgent financial need. This bursary is meant to provide one-time, temporary help and not to address an ongoing need.
