Join us for SoNR, a showcase of UW graduate student neuroscience research through oral presentations, lightning talks, and posters, along with a keynote presentation from a distinguished neuroscientist.
Registration is free! Interested in participating? Submit your abstract, neuroscience artwork and/or apply to volunteer by November 1, 2025.
On October 4–5, 2025, this two-day hackathon will bring together a diverse community of technologists, scientists, engineers, designers, and storytellers in the Waterloo region to build innovative projects and prototypes that address real-world problems using NASA’s open data.
The Fusion Conference, operating since 2004, is a conference hosted at the University of Waterloo that merges knowledge from science, business, and technology fields through a unique theme each year. The theme of the 2023 Fusion Conference is "20 Years of Innovation: A Look Back and a Leap Forward", inviting students to explore the changes and challenges of technology and craft innovative solutions for a sustainable future. Registration is first-come and first-served depending on interest of case competition participation - registrants will be placed on a waitlist if the building capacity is exceeded.
This year's Conference will be held on November 16th, 2024 at Federation Hall, University of Waterloo.
