Three awards, valued at $1,000 each, are provided annually to full-time undergraduate students enrolled in Year Two, Three, or Four of any program of the Faculty of Mathematics. Selection is made on the basis of academic standing (must be ‘good’ or ‘excellent’) and a demonstrated positive impact on the Faculty of Mathematics student experience through extracurricular and/or volunteer involvement (e.g., contributions to strengthen diversity and inclusivity within the Faculty, championed teamwork and collaboration that effected positive change, etc.). This award is supported by the Faculty of Mathematics as part of its strategic efforts to foster connectedness, engagement, and an enhanced sense of community for all members of the Faculty of Mathematics.
